Shipping policy

Order handling

Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and a second email containing your tracking number once your order has been despatched.

Transit time

Once despatched, delivery within Australia takes 5–7 business days.

Total time from order to delivery: 6–9 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Remote and regional postcodes may take longer. Delays caused by weather, carrier disruption or peak periods are outside our control.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to all Australian states and territories. We do not ship outside Australia at this time.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay — there are no additional charges added afterwards.

Undeliverable and unclaimed parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout, or because it went unclaimed at a collection point, we will contact you at the email address on the order. We can re-send the parcel at your cost, or refund the order less the original shipping cost.

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. We are unable to redirect a parcel once it has been despatched.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@sicilyatelier.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Do not discard damaged packaging — the carrier may require photographs of it.
